Stax | Management Consultant, M&A and Due Diligence

At Stax, I advised PE and VC firms on where to place big bets. I researched markets, customer adoption, and competition across SaaS, healthcare, and fintech. I owned the high-scale research ops process — recruiting, interviewing and synthesizing insights from 50+ interviews per week to deliver clear, defensible recommendations. My work has shaped $200M+ in investment theses.

GoodRx | Senior UX Researcher
2023 - 2023
The summer between my MBA, I worked on three UX research projects at GoodRx, conducting user interviews to inform a major redesign of the price page. I also built a semantic code taxonomy to analyze CSAT feedback and ran regular readouts to help product, design, and marketing teams act quickly on what users were telling us.

Mosaic Foods (Seed) | Founding Content Lead

A loyal Mosaic customer, my love for the brand led me to cold call the founding team and join them during my MBA. As Mosaic’s first marketer, I built their entire content engine from scratch — growing Instagram and X to 15K+ followers and doubling website traffic. I also managed the launch of a protein-rich product line, crafting messaging, campaigns, and social strategies that boosted conversion and lowered CAC.

Forrester Research | Senior Enterprise Account Manager, Business Technographics
2021 - 2022
At Forrester, I managed a $6.4M portfolio of 100+ enterprise accounts, leading onboarding, adoption, renewals, and up-sell initiatives for a B2B data product. I achieved a 93% GRR (Gross Revenue Retention rate) and two major expansions worth $900K by proactively surfacing insights, leading strategic reviews, and developing high-trust relationships within 9 months of tenure.

C Space | Enterprise Account Manager (Consultant), CX and Product Strategy

I started my career at C Space, a customer strategy agency, where I led voice-of-the-customer work and strategic CX and UX research engagements for customers including HP Inc., Walmart, and Corteva Agriscience. By the time I left, I led four enterprise accounts (~$250K ARR), serving as the primary point of contact, owning delivery, account planning, renewals, and managing multi-threaded stakeholder relationships.
